Responsive to the quick turnaround I requested; Marketed aggressively with open houses; suggested changes/fixes and coordinated the various contractors needed to supply them in short order; cheerful; realistic. When the buyer requested that the electric system by replaced by seller before closing, Penny and Rebecca took charge of this and made it happen quickly. Very helpful as I have already moved out of state and all of this was done at a distance. The forms that can be initialed and signed on line are awesome. I had expected to have to do a lot of faxing.
